How did I lose it all?
Time
waiting
opened eyes
to a new day
planning, doing, more
the minutes slip by gone
stare into the setting sun
a stunning glowing golden sky
and all those to do’s laying silent
to the wonder and awe of this moment.
. . .
Poetry is language at its most distilled and most powerful.

All those to do’s can wait. Really. Peace of mind is most important.
This poem centered me. So beautiful. Thanks most dearly, Kathryn.
Yes they can. Peace to you.
