How often do we reach for help but turn the other way? Sometimes, the soul must break before giving voice to the cry for help.
A Poem: The Noise of the World
You came and touched me
I looked the other way
you called my name
but I could not hear
above the noise of the
world going on around me.
You cleared the path for
me to follow . . .
I tried to take a shorter
route . . .
You comforted me when at last
I stopped to cry . . .
help.
